Joseph started his career at Blue Stone back in 2008.  Joseph came to Blue Stone to increase safety and provide better training for the rescue diver course and ERDI training.  Outside of rescue training, Joseph is extremely involved in divemaster training and Instructor Development Courses.  In his personal life he is quite reserved, but those closest to him find that he is superb listener. He is always ready to work and never complains about long hours in the water.
